Stand Up Paddleboarding
Description
Stand up paddleboarding is a social sport and great to do with family, friends or even to discover by yourself. The Chepstow venue offers a crystal clear fresh water lagoon providing a very safe environment to try this expanding sport.
After a briefing on safety and technique it's time to head out. Once you have become familiar with the board and the basic paddle techniques you will then be given helpful tips so you can quickly gain your confidence.

This experience is available on selected dates from Monday to Sunday through April to end October.
How long does this activity last?
Approximately 2 hours.
You need to know
The minimum age for this experience is 12 years old. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult participant.
Adventure activities can be tiring but do not require a high level of fitness. Customers will be required to complete a simple Health Declaration before taking part. Concern over medical/health issues should be checked BEFORE purchase.
You must be able to swim and be confident in water, however buoyancy aids are compulsory for extra safety. Wetsuits must be worn and you can either bring your own or hire one from us for £3.
You and how many others?
This is experience is for one person. There will be maximum of 7 other people on the water paddleboarding.
Family & Friends?
You are welcome to bring along family and friends to watch from the viewing area provided at the top of the quarry.
We cannot control the weather!
This activity is dependent on appropriate weather conditions.
